Bro ur estro is 2 high u need 2 get it down between 20-30. Nolvadex is a serm it's not goin 2 do anything 4 gyno. Ur goin 2 have 2 up the a-dex or switch AI's. Letro or aromasin R other Aromatase inhibitor (AI) options.

If ur goin in 4 n annual physical the doc shouldn't even question it. Tell him u want a full male panel done. It has always worked 4 me

Hcg got my estrogen levels high . I was tired all the time bro. If u can get bloodwOrk done u mite find the root of the problem. Maybe just an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) adjustment is needed.

U can google clomid test n it should come up . I just ran it an had bloods drawn. I'm waitin 4 results n a consult wit doc. I live In PA an there's quite a few docs in my area who will run this test. I wuld give u a docs name but the board won't let u post docs names.

Hcg will bring ur sperm count up while on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) but if ran as mono therapy ur sperm count will be even higher. There won't be any chance of a shut down than.

U can ask ur doc 2 try the 5 day clomid test 2 try n find the root of the problem. That wuld b the route I wuld take 1st if u plan on havin kids some day.

Liquid stane will def. Lower ur estro. Ur not usin alot of test so I wuld dose it at 12.5 mgs ED .

I wuldnt run the hcg with ur post cycle therapy (pct). Go wit a 10 day blast after ur last test shot then wait 4 days n start pct
