I don't know what you mean about dividing doses. Use at least 60mg a day for two weeks and 30 for two. I suggest going higher but 60 should work. Don't go over 120. If you mean 60mg split 30mg twice a day then yes. I usually just take a morning and night dose.

Torem by it's self is absolutely fine. It's good stuff. Honestly I use 120,90,60,30 or other combinations depending on degree of shut down. Torem seems to get the job done very well without the sides that clomid produces but still acts as an estrogen at the pituitary similar to clomid.

i uped my dose of aromasin to 25mg/day and it knocked the hell out of mine,just in 2 weeks,hopefully you can recover man

well my estro was 126.5pg/ml out of the normal range 10-55pg/ml!!! way to friggin high,and i got it down,i took aromasin at 25mg/ed for 2 weeks and dropped it to 12,which is a little low,but i feel so much better and lost 10lbs of water
