I used to do oly lifts. No better workout. I was lucky there was a oly weightlifting team that taught at a local community college... I worked out with that for 1.5 years. I only got ~300 CJ and ~235 pwrsn but I loved it and it transferred to soccer pretty well. These workouts were awesome...
