IMHO you should do 250iu EOD, to avoid spiking estrogen, along with 100mg t-cyp every 3.5 days, to keep levels more steady
also, you need to have your e2 checked and an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) if they get too high (you don't want hot flashes and man-boobs)
