    Nobody commenting on Fedor's loss?

His loss is not a big deal to me at all. I know MMA well enough to understand that ANYONE will get a loss here and there. That's just the way the sport is. There's too much going on to guarantee long winning streaks, no matter how good you are.

    Getting my gf's boobs back

That's the way it is, unfortunately. Fifteen years ago or so I had a girlfriend who was SLIGHTLY chubby, but with nice tits. We have the same friends, so I've kept seeing her around, and little while after we broke up she decided to go on a crash diet or something and lost quite a lot of weight...

    Creatine Losing Potency in Water?

Yes, creatine supposedly degrades in water, so premixing it is probably a bad idea. At least that's what I've been told for the last 15 years.

    Machida/Shogun 2

After the first fight, I couldn't wait to see Shogun win, and I was loving every split second of it. He can probably stay on top for a while, but MMA keeps producing a higher and higher level of athlete all the time, so who knows. Besides, there's plenty of room for lucky punches in MMA, even...

    Help on supplements

Small fluctuations like that are normal and nothing to worry about, so "stick to the program" and you'll be fine. I don't know a whole lot about those two supplements, so I'm not going to comment on them. What I think is important, though, especially now that you've just begun, is to keep your...

    flax or fish

Flax is great and has the ALA, of course, but you miss out on the DHA and EPA if you don't use fish or other marine oils as well. So personally, I use both (although I use more krill oil than fish oil nowadays), and that's what I recommend others do as well. I also use coconut oil a fair bit.

Greatest MMA/ Boxing / whatever Knockouts EVER

Julian Jackson always seemed to have walked into the ring with a big horse shoe in each glove. His knockout of Herol Graham is one of the most classic KOs ever: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OhVi7cH-LaQ

    Re: Mens General Health

Eating mostly plants is extremely underrated. Sometimes a person switches to a mostly plant based diet, and it absolutey revolutionises their health. For the most part, raw is best, though. There are some people out there who still insist that cooked is better, but that's just a clear sign that...

    How to slim waist?

Big waistlines (not saying that you have one, only that it's bigger than you want it to be ;) ) often have a lot to do with high carb intake and/or poor blood sugar control. Only eat sugars and other "white carbs" right after intense exercise, and be sure to promote optimum insulin sensitivity...
