I just got some gear and cant wait to try it out. What i have:

1. I have no idea how to structure my routine.
2. I have 5 weeks of Winni @ 50mg daily
(1/2 in the morning and 1/2 in the afternoon). Is that a correct method?
3. I want to burn off my fat, build and define my muscles.

Hi guys I am new to this so maybe someone can help me. I have 6 weeks of winni at 50mg per day (1/2 in the am and the other 1/2 before the gym). Is this an good idea? I am 5'11" 235lbs, I wanna get to 190ish and build back up to about 220-240lbs of muscle. What should I do?
