    I know Brock trains like an animal, but I don't see him being able to man handle Reem. Brock's been out awhile too. I think Reem will be able to stuff Brocks take downs, and a few big shots and Brock folds.

    I find the more I hit the weights the quicker my forearms blow up, and 30 minutes into the ride I can't hold onto the bars....No doubt good workouts.

    Will Fedor Retire???

    Fedor was my man crush for the longest time. His last few fights have been disappointing. He should have retired before his loss to Bigfoot. His management team didn't do him any favors....His next fight is against the Snowman. If he loses this fight, I see no other option then to hang them up.

    I was in the same boat for the longest time. I started HITT five days a week and watched my diet and it came off in 12 weeks. Then I took a couple months off and I'm back to starting over. :crying:
