I personally love the two stacked, Topical Sustain+ TCF-1. Its been a while since I ran the full recovery stack, but I wouldnt think I need to since I notice great results from these two products.

squat
rows
2.Overhead press
Deads
Pull ups/Dips
Mixing things up adding Dumbbells, lunges...I must say this is my favorite routine
