I am just planning on getting everything together now but wont run a cycle for another month or so. OK so I think I am going to do Beast at 30 for 4 weeks and see how it goes from there
Sorry I should have included stats 5'6 started at 180 at end of pct was 195 now am at 190 :( I presently haven't had time to hit the gym a lot due to summer classes (taking 7 credits) and work which has Mandatory OT)
I ran a cycle of helladrol for 6 weeks at 100 weeks 1-5 and week 6 was 125 I had great gains of the product. I had no sides from this at all. During PCT I basically maintained and got a little stronger.
I am either thinking about running Beast at 40 for 4 weeks or running H-drol again but...
yesterday was my last day of H-drol and I started pct today.
So far I have gained 13 Pounds, and have gained a lot of strength. The only thing I regret is trying to push it to hard everyday. My shoulder joints are a little tender but that is about it.

Well everything is good its been a week so far only side I have ran into is lethargy. I have had some slight strength increase but that could just be a placebo effect
Day 5
Cardio In the morning walked/jogged 2 miles, then did the elliptical for 3 miles.
PM workout did chest was going to do cardio but I decided to do squat instead as a warm-up and that fatigued my legs. At the end of workout did 10 mins of abs.

Do incline movements first and make sure your form is correct, I used to move alot of weight but my inner chest was lacking because I always brought my elbows in and worked my triceps more.
It all really depends on the person, I do cardio in the am and go back to the gym in the evening to lift. After my lifting session I do 30 minutes of cardio. Unless its legs then I dont do cardio in the morning or afterwards.
