Hey Mr. 3J Can you help me out with lean bulking diet on deca/sust/dbol cycle for 3 months? I weight 182 lbs right now and BF is about 15% (i guess). Im gonna workout 5 days a week (not sure about cardio tho).

Some of my friends told it will be bad idea if I cut carbs on this cycle. Im about 15% BF and weight 83kg right now. I eat around 350g of protein, 300 carbs and 80-100 fat right now.

I was thinking maybe I should make my cycle longer if I cut down test a little bit. 1-14 week: Sustanon (sust) 500mg/week + Deca 300mg/week Does it look better now? And why people tell that you should use twice more test than deca?

thx brah My first one was Dbol 40mg (4 wks) and Test-E 750mg (8 wks). It was alright.

Deca is 100mg/ml like I said before. So I would have to shot 3ml at Friday along with 1ml of sust right? MotorIHead, are you sure that deca will not work at 300mg? Im very low at my budget and I spent all my money on that cycle. I also need to buy some protein, so Im totally ripped off. :(
