I'm in the same boat as you. Haven't lifted in 3 years because life got in the way. Got back on the horse last week.. feel super weak. Going to watch your thread and see what advice everyone is giving .
First off let me start with that I HATE CARDIO. I know i have to do it but i would like to know what intensity and duration is the bare minimum for burning fat ?
I keep seeing this and never understood what it meant . Is 100/100/50/50 = 100mg ED for 2 weeks the 50 mg ED for next 2 weeks ? Sorry if this sounds noob
Honestly it doesn't look like you workout. from my understanding you should have at lease been working out for a few years straight b4 jumping on gear . then again just my two cent ..
