I've always done my Tren A sub Q 50-100 mg in the quads. I didnt notice a difference from IM injections. Only downside for me is that sometimes when I pull the needle out, a little juice will come out. Never had that problem with IM injections.

Make sure you are injecting the needle into the muscle very slowly, and injecting the actual test very slowly. Afterwards massage the injection site to help the oil disperse throughout the muscle. It will take much longer but that will help with the pain somewhat.
