I was wondering what is the correct diet to get ripped up. Currently I just eat lean meats, vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Should I cut out juice because it has a lot of sugar? I drink NitroTech shake for breakfast and another protein shake at the gym after I workout. Sometimes I slip and eat...
