im 23, but i was going to hop on prop to see how my body reacted to it then possibly hoping on winstrol or something along those lines.
i appreciate all the impute and suggestions. that its what i got on here for.
the main reason i was going to take prop is so when i diet i dont lose muscle mass. cause that is what tends to happen when i diet. if that makes any sense.
I would think that if you do deadlifts the correct way it is mainly a leg lift. Unless you straight leg deadlift on back days and hex bar deadlifts on leg days.
So im going to start my first cycle of test prop beginning of september. Im 6'1 about 230-235 and about 20% bf. ive been reading into it a lot and i just want to know the best way i should go about taking my first cycle.
