It took me 5 min. To figure out what sarms to do. Basically I'm recomping. I read Lgd at 10mg a day for 12 wks is where it shines thru on a recomp.
So here is what I can do let me know if it's ok.
I push back my AAS cycle 4 weeks.
Start Lgd say end of August beginning of September.
That's a solid 8 weeks. Then November 1 I will start my aas. Trt dose test with 600mg of deca.
Since it's a long Ester deca won't kick in until well into the end of November just as the Lgd run is coming to an end.
If your ok with that then let's roll!
