1 injection or 2?

My upcoming cycle is 500mg test, and dbol.. I know that the test should be split into 2 injections, but what are the negatives of doing it in 1 injection per week?

It's awkward because my mate is pinning me, and can only make it once a week

What type of test is it?? Prop, Enanthate, Cypionate??

If its E, or CYP then once/week is fine.

People just like to inject more to make them selves feel better and have a bit more stable blood levels.

Endo doctors usually give injections only once per two weeks, but thats pushing it considering Enanthate has a half life of 10 days, Cypionate about 14 i believe.

Test E twice a week is best but if you're new to pinnin, get your pal to pin you once a week for the first few weeks then split the dosage to 2 injections per week when you're comfortable with pinnin yourself.
