1" Needle for glute shot winny?

This ok, or do I need to go w/ a 1 1/2? Legs can't take it anymore, they are getting too damn sore!

Its ok. I prefer deeper shots in the glutes but an inch is deep enough.

i have done 1" shots when i had a low bf%. it may work for you while it may not be deep enough for others
