10 Week Cycle useful??

Hey guys, not sure where to post this..here seems as good as anywhere I guess. First off im 6" tall 155lbs and virtually no body fat. I would def fall into the "hardgainer" category as I eat like a horse and dont put on weight, I would say 3k+ Calories a day bt I remain the same size.

Since starting the gym I have gained some size bt it doesnt seem to be as much as it "should" be. I was talking to a guy in work who had taken steroids before and said he was starting a 10 week cycle of injectable steroids. I was thinking of doing the same but I am curious as to whether this will make any diff, as after the 10 weeks I dont think I want to start another cycle. So what im asking I guess is it is worth the time and money to see gains for 10 weeks just to lose it all after?

I have done alot of reading and research but as I have never actually taken any before I want to know what im getting myself into. And could anyone suggest what else to take with them in order to reduce side effects / liver damage? Thanks in advance ~

Ok we know how tall you are and how much you weigh but how old are you? Your age is what matters the most bro.

You need to eat much more than 3k calories. Yes a 10 weeker with Test will give you some gains if you eat a lot and lift a lot but at 22 years and 155 pounds at 6' you definitely should look into getting your diet in check before you do something like this. If you were say, 180 and wanted to try something I would say it would be much more beneficial to you then versus 155.

Stick to eating even more and supplement with creatine, protein, and natty test boosters for now IMO.

Yeah I look like a bloody beanpole, only thing I have going for me is im superlean lol. Had a quick look there at some test boosters, PES Erase seems to be popular..Ill see how it goes and maybe see about doing a cycle next year sometime. Thanks again.

Don't cycle until you weight 185 or can bench 315lbs.
Eat 3500-4000 calories a day and train hard. You'll get there in about 18 months.

Erase is great, as an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), but if you're looking to put on weight it might not be your best bet. Leans you out a little bit (which I'm sure you don't need).
Tropinol from iForce is pretty awesome IMO, I put on 8 pounds with 2 bottles of that, eating a lot and lifting 4x a week.
DAA would be something to look into as well. AgeForce has DAA in their Testo/100 patches and there has been good feedback on it. I stacked my Tropinol with DAA actually (although it was the powder form, tasted like SHIT) but my gains were great, most I've ever gained from a natural stack. But you have to be willing to put the time into it.

Search around on the forum here for some bulking nutrition advice while you're here. I used to be a beanpole like you until I unlocked the secret to nutrition.

up for more recommendations on natty supplements and advice for lightweight hardgainers.. I'm 22 155 5'9. and we know how they feel about guys like me on here (just eat more) well I'm on it. need more advice though. go

10 weeks cycles can be great. From now on, I'm ONLY doing 10 weeks cycles. Every long cycle I have done in the past, I only gain weight in the first 8-9 weeks, after that I stay at the same weight. The rest of the cycle is just a waste of juice and money. This is how my body reacts anyway. I know some guys gain later on in their cycles though. Not me.

Agreed! Just work hard and learn how YOUR body grows and responds to diet/training.

I know it's hard to be patient but it's the best thing to do. Im tall and lean man I know how frustrating it is.

Word up!

everyones metabolism is different, im 180lbs and gain .5lbs/week on 2800 cals a day, try adjusting your macros or post your diet and we'll see just how many cals youre actually getting
