Weeks 1-3 500 mg testosterone cypionate/week (250mg Monday/250mg Thursday)
Weeks 4-10 750 mg testosterone cypionate/week (375mg Monday/375mg Thursday)
Weeks 1-13 1mg anastrazole every day
Weeks 14-17 50mg clomiphene every day, 20mg Tamoxifen every day
My original intention with this cycle was to do 500mg/week for 12 weeks, but I increased the dosage to 750mg week after the third week. I should also mention that I used what seems to be a high dosage of anastrazole compared to most people here, but that is probably due to the fact that I was cycling at a higher body fat than most on here recommend. I was able to keep my estrogen under control at that dosage. I will say though for my next cycle I will start at a much lower body fat percentage and use a lower dosage.
Before I started the cycle I had blood work done to give me a baseline and I noticed that my estrogen was pretty high naturally. I also noticed that my ALT and AST were elevated. Based on the recommendations of people on this website, I began supplementing with 1800mg of NAC daily when I started the cycle. Three weeks into cycle I had a second blood test, and my AST/ALT levels had dropped into the normal range, and my estrogen values also were in the normal range.
After the 10th week, I waited 3 full weeks before starting PCT. During those 3 weeks, I continued taking Anastrazole at 0.5mg every day. After the 3 weeks, I stopped taking anastrazole, and used 50mg of clomiphene, and 20mg of Tamoxifen every day for the next 4 weeks. I waited 5 weeks after discontinuing usage of clomiphene and tamoxifen before going and getting another blood test. The results of that test show my liver values once again higher, but in terms of good news, my LH and FSH were both in the normal range, and my test level was 823, which is much higher than it was before my cycle.
In terms of muscle mass, I feel that I probably put on a good 5 pounds of lean muscle mass on that cycle. Yes I know that I gained nearly 20 pounds, but the truth is that a lot of that was fat. My diet was not nearly clean or consistent enough. In terms of strength, I increased my 5 repetition maximum on all of my lifts.

btw, I should mention that the Testosterone Cypionate was from Pinnacle Labs. The anastrazole, clomiphene, and tamoxifen were all from ARR/RUI. All blood tests were done through Private MD labs.
