This is my very first post, so be gentle, and at least use the lube.
I am a 30 year old male, 6'4", 192, 11%bf. I am practically all arms and legs. My struggle over the last couple of years has been that my muscles are so long that typical growth is not as evident, so I have given up on being Lou Ferigno's replacement in the next Hulk movie.
I almost did my first cycle January of this year but decided that I wanted to give myself one solid year of lifting 5x a week and cardio 4x a week and kinda make this a last resort. So after a year of busting ass, not a lot had changed. Kinda feel like I have hit a brick wall, as does my trainer(kinda sad huh? I think I need a new trainer).
My goal is to cut the body fat to around 7% and to just improve my overall strength for my recreational sports and overall well-being.
What research has led me to is an Anavar/Clen cycle. From what I have read, it's mild(both a pro and con), it does not aromatize and it creates lean gains and strength gains as opposed to water weight retention and overall size growth. I just need some suggestions on tapering/not tapering, PCT/No PCT cycle length etc preferably form someone who has done cycled anavar before.
I know there are a ton of questions out there, and I ask, please don't see me as someone who does not belong here, or as someone who needs to "man up and use test," just see me as someone who is seeking experience based input from experts on a subject that I only know about on a literary level for my own specific goals.
Also of note...I have an EXCRUCIATINGLY high testosterone level, 1130ng/dL as of October. How will Anavar affect this level. Will it bottom out or just reduce it. Because a reduced test level would not be the worst thing in the world at this point either. haha. Thanks guys.
