ok guys i got 15 dozen eggs for 9 dollars, i know this girl whos dad owns a produce company.... i only eat whites, i eat like 10 in the morning, and snack on some through out the day, how healthy is doing this and roughly how much protine and fat is in an egg white. im bulking btw, already up 8 pounds in a week and a half. i also slam 3 shakes a day, chicken breast, and veggies, cant forget the carbs too.

0 fat in the eggwhites. Since you're bulking, I don't see why you don't throw some whole eggs in there. It'll add up to about 8g of protein an egg. Just eggwhite would add up to around 4~. So if you have 10eggwhites a morning, you have approx. 40g of protein just from that.

There is a lot of nutrition in the yolk, as well. There are lots of great things to make with eggs so get creative and enjoy your windfall.

If you're bulking why don't you add in the yolks? Some at least. And that right there doubles the protein amount per egg.

damn sweet, i used to but i heard its bad for your heart and shit, but o well, thanks guys.

Actually it is not true, if you work out hard then there should be no problem with eating whole eggs

DO some whites and yokes. Yokes are very good for you, just don't overdo it on the yokes cuz they have alot of fat. I used to do 8 whites 4 yokes sometimes 6 and 6(in 1 sitting). Whatever works for you. If u're bulking though, u should have know prob. eating several whole eggs a day.
when i bulk, i usually have 8 whole eggs and 8 whites a day.
