just trying to get a better grip around what im putting into my body
methylated prohormones are obviously liver toxic.. but i am struggling to find the process by which they damage your liver
is the 17a methyl group stripped off by the liver resulting in to much methyl floating around the liver? possibly resulting in DNA methylation?
or is SAMe unable to methylate the compound due to it already being methylated causing a build up of SAMe and other enzymes. This then causing an inflammatory response and build up of free radicals and similar molecules which damage the liver
or am i on completely the wrong track?
