Whatsup Guys
This was my last thread where I asked about having Low T at such a young age: steroidology.com/forum/testosterone-replacement-therapy/679547-only-18-lowt-juice-not-juice.html#post3658920

QUICK RECAP
-18 years old got test results of 267 for total.

- My stats are 5'11-6ft @190lbs @ 18% bodyfat. Bench 225lbsx5, Squat 315lbsx5, Deadlift 395lbs. I have been working out for ALMOST two years straight. I bulked up from a skinny 130lbs to currently 190lbs. When I started I couldn't even lift the bar. So its good progress but is it fast enough progress for two years of bulking? Currently my strength has plateaued. So has my body weight.

-The only symptoms that may be Low T related is anxious feelings. This could also be due to a host of other factors such as drug induced, withdrawal, diet, etc. Other than that people would guess I have high T. I have a full chinstrap, and moustace. Hairy chest and stomach, legs, etc. No Depression. Good Libido. I'm a really social person and I dont have social anxiety per se. But its more of a general anxiety disorder where I'll feel anxious for no reason...or get some derealization here and there.

SO I WENT BACK TO THE DOCTOR AFTER BEING FULLY RESTED AND GOT ANOTHER BLOOD TEST.I was taking Zinc pills and working out and being healthier for about a month. It increased to 382 as my total. Better than before but still low for my age

QUESTIONS

-So my first questions is...Are the anxious feeling caused by the Low T? That is my only symptom. Growing up I saw guys being aggressive,Competitive, fearless, etc. but I was never like that. I feel like I have always missed some part of my manhood there. Like something is missing. It's hard for me to pinpoint the anxiety because it started two years ago after a bad trip on weed. I quit weed altogether but feeling lingered on. I was doing fine for a good year...although it'd come from time to time. But since this summer started....I feel off. Feeling anxious and stuff. What is causing these anxious feelings? Low T. Maybe high amounts of Estrogen...maybe a combination of both. I should just get a full blood hormone panel. Even if it wasnt caused by Low T...could TRT fix it. last thing I want is to be on mental health drugs. I been reading that High T affects the aymgdala gland contributing to less fear and thus less anxiety. Besides I never heard of a person with high T and anxiety. I just want to go back to my normal old self...without anxious feelings.

-My second question is my strength and gains in the gym progress good enough for someone my age. It took me two years to get up to benching 225lbsx5. Infact I hit that very recently. I have been stuck on squating 315lbsx5 and dealifting 385lbsx1 for a while. A couple months actually. Is this normal? My bodyweight platued at 180lbs for like 5 months then suddenly jumped up to 190lbs. And I been stuck on this bodyweight for a while now too. Is this normal or is it low T?

-My last question.I'm planing to at least for the next three months stay o a strict diet, workout, sleep right, take zinc, Vitamin D,Fish oil pills,Magnesium, No fap, Avoid plastic and take the holistic way to raise testosterone naturally. then get retested. If it is still low..then maybe get on TRT. Is jumping on TRT at a very young age at 18 bad or should I pull the trigger say YOLO and start TRT. I worry that since its for life....that if for some reason I cant get my dose or miss it due to a doctor, insurance problem, travel, etc. My body will shut down and feel like shit. Even with my low T...I can function fine. I just want to get rid of the anxious feelings, and "feel more manly"....and actually want my gym work to pay off.

What do you guys think?

It's possible, but you should be aware that EVERYONE experiences some amount of anxiety from time to time. Even those "fearless" guys you see in high school that do the craziest shit are thinking, "WTF am I doing??!".

I was unable to step outside the door or go grocery shopping for a couple years without freaking out. If asked direct questions that I didn't have an answer to, I'd just get really angry as my fight or flight response was in full effect. THAT is NOT normal, but I'm hoping you get that. :)

Look at your diet first. 99% of the guys that have issues with progress are lacking in the diet area; no matter how amazing they claim it to be. If your diet gets laser-refined and you STILL are stuck, then I'd look at training next - and lastly your hormones.

Going by my experience once more; I was a very strong guy in high school and in my early 20's. I spent a great deal of time in the gym (3 periods senior year with 2 TA sessions while in HS alone), and really wanted to compete for world records in powerlifting. My bench was weak at 465, but with a total of 1330 for the other two lifts, I figured I stood a chance.

I spent several years trying to maintain that strength and improve it as life made things more complicated and time consuming. Along the way (trying to avoid a TL;DR post - too late, I know) I got hurt and acquired low testosterone.

I went several years like that and lost all desire to be in the gym. It wasn't until right before my daughter was born that I wanted to change things. I thought a bench of 465 was terribad, and often got picked on for it. I couldn't bench 120, no joke. The bar simply would not budge no matter how much I yelled and pushed with all my might. I spent a year working on that, and improved to a whopping 150lbs press... In a year!

That is not normal. Not to mention my complete inability to lose body fat.

As far as raising testosterone naturally, get plenty of sleep, eat healthy fats, and avoid soy products. You can eat/drink from plastics (bpa is the culprit), you can engage in sex/masturbation (nofap is silly, although porn can set unrealistic expectations), and eat plenty (find your TDEE) of clean calories. Forget the "test boosters", they're garbage.

My .02c :)

@Halfwit. Was the anxiety before or during TRT? And when I say anxious...Im not talking about normal anxiety. I believed it was triggered by weed two years ago. It led to three months of hell. Ocd,derealization, general anxiety etc. Things got bettr for about a year or so. Maybe slight symptoms here and there. Fastforward. Feeling off past couple months. My first experience with fatigue. Nothing chronic but actual fatigue sets in like twice. T
I know how feeling tired and fatigued feels like. But this fatigue was different. Fatigued even when resting..felt like I was coming.down with something. Anxious feelings return. Bloot test then prove low T. I wake up on june 7 with the worst anxiety for no reason. Since then I been battling it on and off so far.

Also should I start cutting. Im now 18-20% bodyfat.? Or keep bulking. I read that high bodyfat=high estradiol.

Before TRT is when I had all the nasty stuff going on. My blood test however came back at 120ng/dL, and it definitely wasn't a healthy anxiety either.

I can't say for sure what the marijuana may have done to you, as I would have called you crazy 15 years ago because that just didn't happen. Of course, the stuff today is crazy potent, so it wouldn't surprise me with more sensitive individuals.

The fatigue I had was pretty much responsible for my awesome lifestyle of getting our of bed, tossing on a robe, and sitting down in front of the computer until it was time to go back to bed. I didn't have the drive to do anything else.

Yes, you want to try to aim for 15% body fat or lower. Sub-25% bf doesn't typically lead to many problems hormone wise, but you'll be healthier and happier slightly lower. Do they crash diet either, that wrecks hormone levels.
