48 year old male on TRT adding a supraphysiologic cycle w/ some "PCT"

I'd like some opinions on things to avoid, watch out for or change with my plan while on TRT to do a supraphysiologic cycle (3 months) followed by some PCT at a TRT level (3 months or so until blood results go back to TRT normal) and then potentially repeating a couple of times.

I just turned 48. I started TRT (self-managed w/ my medical background) and did my first cycle a few months in this year after lifting regularly for 5 years. Here are my T blood test results from the past 12 years, when taken (4/24 and 5/24 were my last supraphysiologic cycle):

Estradiol3641.537.4
Prolactin13.718.7
SHBG4345.424.8

Other health focused blood test values like AST/ALT were within normal limits. I will do my first PCT blood test next week and know where I'm at. I want to start dialing this plan in to have it ready if my blood works shows I'm good to go again.

My Free T the past decade has averaged around 600. I didn't feel a great need to increase my T, but wanted to because I've always really struggled to put on muscle and wanted to get to the T level of a 30 year old in the 70s. I have a vasectomy and don't plan on having kids so fertility isn't an issue.

I started TRT last year and got to around 950 average. I started my cycle at the beginning of March. I did 150 mg of Test C 2x a week. In June I went to weekly 200 Test C, 150 NPP, and 200 primo. I ran that for 2 months then went to a PCT (with some T back at my previous TRT level) of 100 mg Test C a week, Cabergoline 0.25 mg 2x/week, Telmisartin 40 mg daily, Ezetimibe 10 mg daily, Clomid 50 mg daily for 1 month then 0.25 mg second month, Armidex 0.5 mg daily first month, 0.25 mg second.

If my blood work looks good:

(Estradiol (E2): 20-40 pg/mL, LH & FSH: Low to undetectable, ALT/AST: 10-40 U/L, Bilirubin: 0.1-1.2 mg/dL, ALP: 44-147 U/L, Total Cholesterol: <200 mg/dL, LDL: <100 mg/dL, HDL: >40 mg/dL, Triglycerides: <150 mg/dL, Creatinine: 0.6-1.3 mg/dL, BUN: 7-20 mg/dL, eGFR: >60 mL/min/1.73 m², Hemoglobin: 13.5-17.5 g/dL, Hematocrit: 40-50%, WBC: 4,500-11,000 cells/mcL, Platelets: 150,000-450,000/mcL.)

Then I'll start the cycle over. Rinse and Repeat. Any suggestions for improvement or questions?

Thanks
