1st Cycle Blood Work question

Sadly this is the only picture I could find of me pre cycle!
This was exactly 2 weeks prior to date of start:

From what I see e2 baseline wasn't checked!

just to clarify, you aren't taking the aromasin during PCT right?

I've been taking arimdex eod 0.5 since week 8.
Aromasin I have on hand just incase. Better safe then sorry.
I should add I heard from many sources that aromasin run while on PCT is good as it increases free testosterone.
It also increases insulin levels. I don't see the harm done if i were to run it while on PCT. Arimdex on the other hand I won't be running on PCT due to its affect alongside nolva.

Without LH and FSH there is no way to know if your test is real or not. You need to learn more about what blood work to get when cycling. Can you go back tomorrow and run the correct labs again?

So theres a chance the test run may have been real?
Im also thinking if this blood test was free test or total. I ask because the first time I had to piss and get blood. This time it was only blood work.

You don't urinate to measure testosterone. It is a serum blood test.
Sure, it could be real and very under dosed. But that would still requite running PCT. Or it could be totally fake in which case you would not have to run PCT.

FSH and LH would determine that or? I want to know before taking these tests and asking for them.
If its fake I rather get myself ready for a proper cycle then. Otherwise I have PCT ready to go if needed.
If you look st the pics posted, could that actually be natural gains after 10 weeks?

Yeah. LH and FSH tell you if your pituitary is telling your testicles to make more test. If you already have exogenous test you the pituitary will sense that you have enough test and not send the signal.
You really need to do more research and homework before start playing around with your hormones. It isn't like you are taking a baby aspirin. The medications you are taking are very powerful.
Go first thing in the morning and check: LH, FSH, Total Testosterone, Estradiol, CBC and Meta-bolic Profile. See my signature below for how to get blood work cheaply and quickly without going through your doctor.
Read up on how the HPTA works.

If Im thinking exactly what your trying to say, I already have that side and I think you know exactly what i mean without me having to go into further detail. Thats another reason I feel it has done something.
I shall go into where I normally go and get those tests run to further clarify and make certain if my test levels have shut down production or not.
Because from the sides I have gotten, they show clear use but the blood work shows different.

Well I wont go into more detail. What I shall say is there definitely signs of water retention, hair growth and itchy nipples at points, and not just a small random itch either, I know exactly what it felt like.

So went to see a doctor whos now sending me to an endocronologist to get all proper tests done to see what exactly is going on and if my natural production has been halted. With that in mind, they said it would take a few days. Should i still pin 250mg on sat as per cycle?
I ask because my last epharma brand shot was oct 8. Unless somehow my levels dropped that fast, which I doubt, maybe the bio optima brand is to blame for being bulk and doing nothing. In that case meaning Id have to start PCT in a few days. Any opinions on this now?

If you are taking real exogenous testosterone your Natty T is shut down. It is that simple.

Then going to an endo won't do anything. He will see that your LH and FSH are at zero (meaning turned off) and know right then that you are using steroids.
