im doing 250mg/2 a week im 6'1 150lbs 8% BF here is my diet Monday-Saturday
Wake up 5:45 – Inject Monday And Thursday (.5 for 2 weeks – 1.0 start of third week)
5:45 Meal 1 – 1 protein shake(2 scoops) ½ cup of oatmeal NO SUGAR 3 egg whites
- Fish oil – 1 a day w/food, Opit-Men – 3 a day w/food
10:00 Meal 2 – 2 rice cakes w/ peanut butter on top
12:00 Meal 3 – 6oz (chicken breast, steak, or Fish Filet) + 1 Cup of Veggs
4-6 Workout – (Take jack3d to work and drink on the way home) – Creatine 3 before workout with water – take 2 scoops of xtend while working out
6:00 Meal 4 – Take other 3 Creatine, 1 protein shake 2 scoops, ½ cup of oatmeal
8:00 Meal 5 - 6oz (chicken breast, steak, or Fish Filet) + 1 Cup of Veggs
