1st Cycle help

Hey guys im 27 yo and 6'5 250. I am about 17% body fat. I hit the gym about 4 days a week and have a solid workout. I am wanting to turn my fat into solid muscle. I have tried alot of diets and cardio and am where I need to be strength wise. It would be nice to get bigger but I would really like to get shredded and more vascular. I have tried health store supplements such as p6 black and tribol 60. Both I really like but they only give you pumps for like 2-3 weeks and then you have to post cycle for 8 weeks. Recently I have spoke with someone who is using steroids and gave me some information. I am new to this so I am unsure of what to get. He said to start off with some Tren and build a base and then maybe venture into deca. I am unsure of what else to stack with or if even necessary and also how much a cycle would cost. I would like to keep it around $250-$300 a cycle but dont know if that is realistic. Please lend some advice.
 
First pierce of advice your friend is a moron and has no clue what he's talking about he just steered you in the complete wrong direction. Steroids wont get you lean and mean diet and cardio do, if its not working then your diet is all wrong, get with 3j and find out where your going wrong.
 
1. tren is the strongest anabolic on the market and has very harsh sides.. its for people with at least 3-4 cycles under their belt
2. deca is a 19-nor like tren, not as harsh but you cannot run it alone.. (neither can you run tren alone) you must have test in there
3. all first cycles should be test only
4. research pct

as for your diet

1. you can go to my free diet advice thread in the diet section, read post 1, do everything it asks, and post up a diet for critique

Agree with 3J and Kaiser, you're friend doesn't know what he's talking about. Please disregard everything he's told you to do!!! No compound will "shred" you. It's all about diet and cardio. 3J comes very HIGHLY recommended. He can help you out. Also, if you're looking to lose more fat, why don't you try some clen?
 
I have never heard of clen. I will research this. Thanks for the advice guys, this is exactly why I got on here. I will hit you up 3j, I need the help, married and a father of two young ones. Its hard to stay in shape. I was a college football player in a past life and would like to get back to some what of that build. Although Deca helped with that a bit.
 
tren on a first cycle is dangerous and not recommended. Not because there is a limited supply of it and we want it all lol. It is because it is a very harsh compound. As mentioned already, a good diet (3j can help with that) is key. Also saw colt mention clen, I side with him on this idea. clen is a stimulant that helps promote fat loss. You cycle clen typically on a 2-3wk cycle on, 2-3 wks off (depending). Tapering doses up ED then down. Lots of water intake is important in weight loss, lower sodium intake as well. Don't forget cardio. Let us know what your plans are.

Alright, I have definetely decided to stay away from the Tren cycle. I am going research clen. Is this something I need to find from somebody, or can I purchase this over the counter? Also I am going to increase my cardio and of course work on the diet. Let me know of anything else out there that may help me to reach my goal.
