1st cycle in a few years. Few questions.

I have run Test E at 500mg/wk for 10 weeks. I ran Novla 40/40/20/20 for PCT. I had a little trouble with gyno. It has been a few years and was considering running the same cycle again. My questions are these. Can I run Test E for 15 weeks at the same dose instead of 10weeks? How much arim should I use per week? And HCG, should I use during or after before the PCT and what dose.

U can start adex at .25mgs eod. Bloodwork mid cycle will let u know if u need to bump it up. U can run test for 15 weeks. Hcg can be ran throughout cycle at 250ius twice a week. Pct would be nolva and Clomid.

Nolva- 40/40/20/20
Clomid- 50/50/50/50

Stop the HCG about 4 days before commencing PCT...
and if you are over 40, you might want to extend your PCT from 4 to 6 weeks...

I got decent gains but not like I wanted the first time. I'll do a cycle with deca after this one. I'm 33 now. I was 30 the first cycle.
