I’m 27 and have been lifting for about 7 years. This is my first cycle and I’m posting it looking for input in order to make sure it’s a good one.
Test Prop: 150mg eod, weeks 1-8
Anastrozol*: .25mg ed, weeks 1-11
Finasteride**: 1mg ed, weeks 1-11
Hcg: 250iu Mon & Thur, weeks 5-8; 1000iu ed for the 10 days leading up to pct
Clomid: 300mg day 1 pct; 100mg ed, day 2-11 pct; 50 mg ed, day 12-21 pct
Nolva: 40mg ed, week 1 pct; 30 mg ed, week 2 pct; 20mg ed, week 3 pct
*Anastrozol (anti-aromatase) to limit the conversion of androgen into estrogen
**Finasteride (5a-reductase inhibitor) to prevent conversions of testosterone into DHT
Here are a few questions I have:
1. I’d like to cycle clen 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. I’m thinking of starting off with 20 mcg per day and increase the dosage 20mcg every 2 days until I reached 100. However I like a good pre-workout prior to my training and a little coffee when working. I will probably just cut out caffeine while I use the clen but I’m wondering if there are any ideas for using small doses of both.
a. I’m going to eat to gain for the two weeks that I am off clen (at least 4000 kcal ed, heavy carbs) and eat to cut for the two weeks I’m on clen (under 2000 kcal ed, heavy on protein and healthy fats).
2. If I do a 2 month cycle like this once a year am I risking hair loss, gyno, or limp dick?
