Planning a new cycle after years off, any advice?

Hi everyone!! After a decade off, I’m approaching my steroid cycle cautiously. I’m starting with a low-dose testosterone base to see how my body reacts. Bloodwork is essential before, during, and after to monitor health. I’ll use AI and SERMs to manage estrogen and keep my cycle between 8-12 weeks. PCT is non-negotiable to restore natural testosterone. My training, diet, and recovery must be on point to maximize results and minimize risks. Smart planning will make this cycle safe and effective.
my stats are 220lbs, 6'2ft. 4% BF.

any advice on this would be greatly appreciate it so I can make the most out of this cycle.

Your approach is solid—keeping it cautious after a decade off is smart. With 4% BF at 220 lbs, your conditioning is insane, so a low-dose test base makes sense to gauge response. Definitely prioritize bloodwork to fine-tune AI/SERM use and avoid over-suppressing estrogen. PCT is key, but also consider HCG during the cycle to maintain function. With your size, recovery will be critical—optimize sleep, nutrition, and joint care. Keep it dialed in, and you’ll maximize gains while staying healthy!

It’s great that you’re approaching this cycle cautiously and prioritizing health. At 220 lbs and 4% BF, you’re already in elite shape, so keeping recovery, diet, and bloodwork in check is key. Managing estrogen properly and structuring PCT effectively will help maintain gains post-cycle. Stay consistent, and best of luck with your progress!
