1st cycle PCT

hey everyone i finished my first cycle of Test e and i am now starting the PCT
just quick question my pct will look like this
nolvadex= 40/40/20/20
clomid=100/100/50/50

now is there time between nolvadex pill i should be taking? because my nolvadex pills are 20mg and i need 40mg a day
so can i take two nolvadex pills together? then after cuople of hours take two clomid pills since clomid pills i have are 50mg

just wanted to know like timing between each pills and if my pct looks well

Are you worried about ur balls not coming back? Follow this: nolvadex= 40/20/10/10, or clomid= 75/75//50/20

I take mine twice a day, but it is going to vary person to person.

oh no i am just saying my nolvadex pills are 20mg and my clomid pills are 50mg
now i am going to take 40mg a day of nolvadex and 100mg a day of clomid
can i take two nolvadex pills together and after cuople of hours later take two clomid pills together?
or i can take 2 nolvadex and 2 clomid pills at the same time? like would it take a difference or no? is there specific timing

Just take them at the same time. With the clomid I would do 100/50/50/50.
