Ok,hopefully I posted this in the right spot. I'm rookie, so I could use some experienced critique/suggestions. Here’s what I got:

Supplements: Cod oil, fish oil, multi, potassium, Ca, Vit B, glucosamine/chondroitin, milk thistle, creatine, glutamine, iron, amino acids.
I’m 32, and I’ve been training since I was 14. My regimen, diet, and sleep/rest are on point. This is my first cycle. I’m 6’2”. I started at 230 @ 20%. I start week 5 tomorrow and am 235 @ 15%. Everything is going great so far! Strength through the roof. Size going well too. Not recovering as fast as I’d like, but I am getting some gnarly workouts in. So far no sides. I thought maybe I was getting a little gyno, but my nips don’t feel any different. I may have been imagining it. Also, my BP is at the healthy end of low.
I used to work as Paramedic and now I work in clinical labs. I studied exercise science at UCDavis. I know my physio and pharmaceuticals. But due to the lame taboo of AA’s, it’s hard to come by solid clinical studies/info. And that’s IF you get past all the negative media hype! Anyways, I know I’m completely new to this and have a lot to learn. I’m here to get solid advice and knowledge. I know I’m a noob, and I’m sure I’m making at least a few stupid mistakes. All positive criticism is welcome…
