1st cycle

Guys, I have been asking a few questions on here and thought I would post some pics to get some help. First I am 30 yrs old and been lifting for 10 or 11 years and been competing for a few. I am 100% natural so far. I wanted to first just start out with a 250 mg a week test cycle for 12 weeks. I am wondering if I would benefit from this. My goal is to not pack on 40 pounds. I would rather take my time and do it right ya know. I first want to see how my body reacts if at all then bump it up if need be. My point is I would rather not people be able to tell what I have done. Anyways, thanks for your help and as always you guys provide awsome info to everyone and I commend you all for that.
 
Forgot to say that my diet is pretty on key. My weight can fluctuate from 160 to 200 naturally depending on competition but normally aroud 185 and 13-15% bodyfat.

Damn bro, great shape. DOnt see how u can go from those pics to 13-15%bf and weight flucuate from 160-200 but if u say so. Im 210lbs round 13-15%bf and it take me awhile to get lookin like those pics all natty. Anyways, 500mg of test enth for first cycle wont pack on 40+lbs bro. 250mg is a testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) dose, wont do much. Whats ur goal, how much u looking to gain? Im sure u already know it comes down to diet on what u gain from 250mg-1gram of test. If ur only looking for an extra push and some weight gain (10-15lbs) then u could try 250mg a week split into 2 shots a week. If ur lookin for greater strength/size (15-25lbs) then id go with 500mg. U could also try 250mg for weeks 1-7 to see how u react and if u want u can bump it up to 500mg for weeks 7-12. Unfortunatly steroids arent magic and ur not gonna look like the hulk of ur first cycle of 500mg a week if thats what ur thinking.
 
i agree 250mg is a low dose. you'll be shutting yourself down for minimum gains.

imo if you're going to shut yourself down then make it worth it.
 
I disagre, start off at 250mgs of sus a week, see how you go for the first month then maybe a few hundred mgs of deca when you are comfortable. You certainly will put on size and quality. imho
 
250mg is too low of a dose in my opinion. Even at 500mg a week youre not gonna blow up like a guy whos been lifting for a couple years would. The gains will probably come much slower because of the amount of years youve been lifting and the level youre already at.
 
off topic a lil but i see mad results in a month by 1,100mg a week of test e,let alonf fuck like a champ....
 
I pinned 250mgs of sus for 6 weeks in my first cycle then up it to 500 when i was comfortable. you will see gains with 250 and you will have strength gains as well.
 
thanks for all the info guys, but I have decided to run 250 twice a week. It sounds like that is what is going to work best for me. What is the simplest solution for pct. I hear about Nolv...Clom.....Arid.....Could somebody just give me the simplest solution for that. thanks guys.

What test are you planning to run?
 
I researched it as a stand alone and couldnt find shit. I asked the board a couple days ago and got a few positive responses on it as a stand alone. anyways its the only test my source can get for now and he has been legit to a couple other guys I know. Thanks for the post cycle therapy (pct) info.

Just want to ask a question......I started my first cycle of (Decca , sustanone , testosterone, and adding 2ml Trenbole and 1.5ml of Boldebole per week) it has been for 6 weeks and I cant c the changes I was expecting . I am in a very extensive training , with a good diet , I was wondering if anyone can help me know if this is all what I can get from the first cycle i gained only 5Kg.
 
IF he is using true sust or omnas them I think that 250mg a week to start will be just fine. He is and stated that he is in top physical shape and if he adds a little bit of test at 250mg of human grade he will see great results. I like the idea stated above about bumping to 500mg if after 7 weeks he wants a little more to happen.

the thing is these boys have never had human grade
