If I have no appetite for some odd reason during the day, and just cant eat my meal at the correct time, is it ok to SOMETIMES wait for the next meal time, and eat two meals in one?

Depends on your goals. If you're bulking it probably won't matter, but if you're cutting it could possibly be a little detrimental, but then again, it shouldn't destroy your goals.

If you eat meat, that releases amino acids into the blood for many hours. 30g could last you over 8 hours, so more would last you longer. In short, it shouldn't make a big deal, especially if you only do it every once in a while.

Unless you're at the elite level in terms of physique and muscle mass, it shouldn't be a problem.

Ruhl does it sometimes, so it must be alright I guess.... He says so on his dvd. His schedule gets busy sometimes, thats why he does it.
