hopefully ive written all the requirements necessary for critiquing. ill b using the above mentioned diet with the following stack:

Wks 1-16 Sustanon 750mg/Wk (375mg.Mon/375mg.Thurs)
Wks 1-7 Turinabol 50mg/D
Wks 16-19 Winstrol 50mg/D
Wks 1-19 HCG 750iu/Wk (375iu.Sun/375iu.Wed)
 
aftrnoon Milton...Well i would say around 10yrs n yeah i know my measurements dont add up to where i should b, but as life is, things happen n u really cant continue sumthin u started all the way through, as has been in my case!
 
two things
1/ you didn't mention any AI, what dose would you use for 750mg/wk?
2/ your tdee is ~3500 but your diet shows cals per day at ~2100?

on 2/ that seems like a HUGE deficit and you won't put on any muscle, as is your goal. You will lose some fat though, however, at the expense of tanking your metabolism.

I'd start your deficit at 10% for fat loss and then modify that deficit every 2-3 weeks as your TDEE changes.

If for a body recomp, set calories AT your TDEE.

Onk, now that i have ur attention. after reading around n brainstorming, ive decided to run the Turinabol beginning n end, took out the Winny n also added Test Prop towards ending also. so it now looks like this:

Wks 1-16 Sustanon 750mg/Wk (250mg.Mon/250mg.Wed/250mg.Fri)
Wks 1-19 Adex .5mg/EOD
Wks 1-7/16-21 Turinabol 50mg/D
Wks 17-20 Test Prop 100mg/EOD
Wks 1-19 HCG 750iu/Wk (375iu.Sun/375iu.Wed) is this much better in ur eyes? this would b the final change...

sure, works for me. just be careful that in weeks 17 and 18 you'll have a lot of Test in your body, spiking your T levels higher than the other times of the cycle. You'll have the long c and e esters from the sust along with the prop getting in quickly. Just be aware. HCG I'd run 1-20 instead of 1-19.

Otherwise, no issues I can see.

Now, answer my question why you've set a calorie target about 40% lower than your TDEE!
 
GM Onk...well what about i just drop the Test Prop n leave it 4 anothr time? or mayb just wait 3wks aftr last Sust shot n start Test Prop 4wks? mayb sumthing like this:

looks better? well reason being i have so little carbs on diet, is that i really dont wanna eat carbs aftr a certain time, that being aftr 3p. mayb i could up the carbs in morning n noon, how would u go about it buddy? by the way thanx 4 taking the time n helping me out
