20LB on bench in 2 weeks

I just got back from vacation I was on Dominican republic for 2 weeks. Place was great, all inclusive, i also made sure we get gym included in our package. food was amazing anything you could imagine, 24hrs a day. i was eating like a pig i couldn control myself , for the first 2 days, i was bloated, felt sick etc, untill my body got used to huge amounts of food i was eating. after first 2 day i felt fine , was eating 5-6 times a day and i was always hungry. i was eating on average 7-8lb of meat a day (I'm a big guy) steak, chicken ,lamb, etc. didnt eat pasta, some bread (all wheat only), but alot of salad fruit and vegetables (and some cake hehe) If i could guess, i'd say i was consuming 10K+ calories a day. I used no supplements, no steroids no vitamins nothing just alot of food. i was full of energy and i trained 1-2 times a day. one muscle group per workout i went heavy on all exercises until feilure:
2x warmup sets of 15 reps as heavy is i could, after that i did 8-6-4-2 all heavy (100%) with static hold at the end, 20-30 sec. rest between sets. I did 15x2 and 10-8-6-4-4 for my back and deadlifts. i didnt train my legs they are naturally big and they get alot of exersice from deadlifts. I hit every muscle 2-3 times a week, for cardio i played beach soccer 1-2 hrs a day. I was sleeping about 8hrs a nite and 2-3 hrs extra on the beach. I was getting insane pumps that lasted hours after my workout. My wife noticed than i looked noticeably bigger and that striations on my chest and shoulders and my veins were much more visible than before (im not lean) i was way stronger and more energetic than ever before and i felt great. at the end of my vacation after 14 days i was lifting and pushing on average 10lb more on every exercise and 20lb on my bench. when i got home my friends noticed that i was bigger and leaner than before, and they couldnt believe the transformation in such shot time. my only consern was that i will gain too much weight, with huge amounts of food i was eating. but i only gained 3 lb on the scale!!!
i know some of you will have hard time believing that all this can happen in 2 weeks with no steroids and no supplements, and i cant blame you i hardly believe it myself. i guess after all this i will never question food as being the ultimate anabolic. Cheers.
