22 Years Old - Blood Work Complete - Low Free Test - Can You Determine Anything?

Hi guys,

My docs in Tdot are fucking brutal when it comes to getting work done. Had to bully a doc into doing it just to get lectured for an hour after getting the results.

Regardless, I've been feeling insanely fatigued even after 8 hours of sleep each night. I lift heavy, eat very VERY clean. I've been able to grow muscle but not at the rate in which I should be, compared to buddies who are natty and grow like monsters on such shit diets. Anywho, im moreso here for the fatigue issue. It stinks.

Results:

Testosterone: 14.2 nmol/L (8.4-28.8 range)

Free Test: 17.3 pmol/L (31.0-94.0 range)

Free T3: 4.4 pmol/L (3.5-6.5 range)

Free T4: 18 pmol/L (9-23 range)

TSH: 1.46 mIU/L (0.3-4.00 range)

FSH: 2 IU/L (2-8 range)

LH: 4 IU/L (2-6 Range)

Thoughts?

You are not hypogonadal. And at age 22 your TT levels have not peaked yet. Average for your age is around 550-600ng/dl. You are around 410. Hypogonadal is below 300 or below 350 if you also have low Free T (which you do).

What time of the day did you have your blood taken? It makes a difference.

If I were you I would get a sleep study done to make sure you don't have sleep apnea. If you do not, keep and eye on your TT, LH and FSH to make sure they are not getting worse.

It would be a good idea to check estradiol and Prolactin levels too with a blood test.

That's what I thought. I had my bloodwork done around 9AM. I was thinking about sleep apnea to be honest. But I've done tons of research about sleep and get a great 8+ hours.

Also..I've had a lot of issues with getting it up. Constant ED. No sex drive WHATSOEVER.

Google bioavailable testosterone or free testosterone. Yours is low. Like he said high estrogen and or prolactin could be an issue that is affecting you. In this day and age my money is on that
