2nd Cycle, Debating different options.

My first cycle (if you can call it that) was 60mg of Anavar (var) for 8 weeks with some nolva (not to block estrogen but to boost back up test a little)

i dropped about 4% BF and gained a few pounds of muscle but more importantly my body looked great.

I actually got great results from it so i deff. want to put Ana Anavar (var) in my second cycle but i want to add something else to it. I was thinking maybe prop.



Age: 25
Ht:6'3
Weight: 190
BF %: 10
Been training hard for 4 years

Goals : i would like to keep 10 to 15 pounds (after water weight is gone) of hard lean muscle and drop down a few BF %.

i would also like to keep it to a 10 week cycle (not including PCT)

Side effects i am worried about : I get really bad anxiety so i would like to avoid any gear that causes it. I did not receive any while on Anavar (var) .

I do not want to bloat too much. My skin gets stretch marks very easily.

Also, i am not trying to damage my liver to badly. Regrettably, i went a little too hard when i was in college so i'm sure its not in the greatest shape.


I know dieting is the main component and that will not be a problem at all. I am mainly just looking for the best gear to aid my good eating habits and workout ethics without too many side effects.

Bottom line: I am doing Anavar (var) for sure again, but will stacking prop help me get the results i want? or should i look into other options.

If you go forth with this second cycle and really want to use Anavar (var) . Definitely stack prop with it. I would never have run an oral only cycle, especially Anavar (var) . Test should be used in any cycle as a base. Go with 125-150mg EOD of prop for the 10 wks and throw the Anavar (var) in there if you really want it but I would do a higher dose for a shorter period of time. Four weeks is best, 8 weeks is a bit too long to be running orals..especially since you stated that you are worried about your liver. Also, not likely that you will drop body fat and gain muscle at the same time. At 6'3" and 190lbs you definitely need work on your diet. At this height and weight you honestly shouldn't even need anabolics to grow. You need more food. See 3J in the diet section for help with that.
