Whats up boys and girls. I hope all of you had a wonderful labor day weekend. One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is the feedback i get from my clients on a daily basis. About 8 weeks ago i received a inquiry from a gentleman named Mike. He was a bit out of shape and wanted to do a re-composition of his figure. In my personal opinion, the best way to recomp is to carb cycle. After advising Mike of my recommendation he took prerogative and went with my more advanced modified carb cycle package, stating that he "wants to pick the best package and is serious about his goals." Mike is a hard worker. He aspires to be a fitness model. With the rate that he is going at, that day is not too far away. Mike is another example of dedication ad loyalty to the plan that i have set up for him.
Over the last 8 weeks mike had radically changed the way he looks. He's on route from flab to fab!!! Yesterday Mike hit me up with a surprise. He has decided to make a log of his progress on YOUTUBE! No before and after pictures here! Mike is gonna give it to you straight on how his experience with 3J's Nutrition Network has been and keep a log of his progress so that all of you can see what a 3J's Nutrition Network diet and training routine can do for you!
Remember guys, all the training in the world will not make up for a poor diet. You cant out train a bad diet, EVER!!!
I will post a regular link for those who cannot see the youtube file here (iphone users i got your back!!), that way everyone gets a chance to see it!
