i need some information of past experience on this two training ideas.
split 1
mon- chest 4exercises
biceps 3 exercises
tues- quads 3 exercises
ham 3 exercises
calves 1 exercises light
wed- off
thurs- delts 3 exercises plus 1 exercises traps
triceps 3 exercises
fri- back 5 exercises includes deadlifts
calves 3 exercises heavy
2 sets each working sets

idea 2
5 split 2 working sets
mon chest 4 exercises
calves 3 exercises heavy
tues quads 3 exercises
hamstrings 3 exercises
wed --back 5 exercises
thur- delts 3 exercises traps 2 exercises and deadlifts
fri biceps 3 exercises
triceps 3 exercises
any info or past experiences or even ideads would be great thank you
 
I dont know what your wanting help with, be more specific. You've 2 spits there which seem okay what do you need help with???
