40/40/20 food ratio foods ?

Hey guys , wondering if any of u guys have come across and foods that have a food ratio naturally around 40/40/20 being protein/carbs/fats ? what are some good complete foods that may get close ?
 
are you talking actual "Food" that naturally has that ratio, or are your talking "Meals" ?

Because high protein, high carb, low fat "food" with that ratio is probably gonna be pretty hard to find, at least natural food.

I'm going to think meals as I can't think of a single food sources high in both protein AND carbs. Usually it's one or the other; although some veggies and legumes do have both.

Mac and cheese with tuna is honestly the closest I can think of. It's significantly higher in carbs, but at around 75g of protein, it's one of the closer "meals" that's fast and easy to prepare. Otherwise, you can easily fine-tune just about any meal to a ratio close to that.
 
yup.. the closest thing that has those values are beans.. and its still very carb dominant
 
If that existed I would eat it all the time everday as it would take the chore of cooking away and free up more time to do other things.

Mac n cheese wit tuna sounds dam good right now!
 
yeah don't think that food exists man. Black beans mixed with a fattier cut of ground beef would put you pretty close.
