Try to do wind sprints with resistance behind u. Whether it be a sled with weight, tire with rim still inside. It helped me alot when I played semi-pro ball.
 
Strength Shoes program will work wonders but it is very intense and was hard for me to keep weight on when I used them. Used them to get into legitimate 4.4 range for football in high school and for baseball in college for 60 times. It will drop an average persons 40 time by 2 tenths of a second (unless you are speicailized trained already) It's a lot of plyometric and explosive type training. By the way I HATED us ing them. They hurt. LOL
 
thanks for the advice ive been doing weighted vest training, same stuff i usta use when i played basketball in highschool, im a pretty quick guy for being 6"3 248 , its just that im having trouble breaking my peak of 4.7....its my body i have a long upper body and short arms and legs so its hard explode without out having to correct my body position while running
