I see a lot of 2 and 3 day workouts for bodybuilding. But I used to use a 5-6day routine. I'd like to stick with it, as I would like to spend more time in the gym on a daily basis. are their any reccomendations for a 5 or 6 day routine?
(legs had its own day and I used one day for cardio)
