5 Grams of BCAAs pre-workout?

3-5g of bcaa is minimal, glutamine probably will help more tho as stated

damn, i put down 20g of that ibcaa pre and post

try glutamine 5pre/5post and give it a chance, a week or two
 
I take MAP Pre and Intra. For Pwo im taking 25g of Ibcaa's and experiencing significantly less DOMS. I may switch it up and find the best combo, but for now this is working.
