5 htp or tryptophan for insomnia

Depends, everyone responds differently to different amino acids due to neurotransmitter reactions, N2Sleep has lots of solid reviews and contains tryptophan in it.
 
I would rec Need2Sleep and/or Kava kava.
Imaybe even a cup of dream tea (valarian root/scullcap ect.) with it, helps and i dont feel groggy next day.
