5X5 question (HOT SEX!! PICS)

now that i have your attention (sorry, i wasnt getting any replys so maybe this will help)
getting ready to change it up and had a question on the 5x5:
i do a 3/1 day routine- legs/core with squats as my base compound lift, chest/tris with flat bench as my compound lift, and back/bi's with deads as my primary compound lift-rest the fourth day. when doing the 5x5 method as needsize puts it out there, say on chest day, you do 1 compound lift(flat bench) 5x5 and 2 other supporting lifts in the 8-10 rep range. if i plan on working tris on the same workout would i apply the same principal to that muscle group? ie-5x5 , and 2 other exercises in the 8-10 rep range. or rather just add another tri only exercise in the 8-10 range. or just stick to the way its laid out? i'm trying to put this together and have it well underway before i start my next cycle in december. hopefuly i be about to plateu ablot the time i get on my cycle. thanks in advance bros-

sol i would try it at a 5x5 chest/5x5 tri routine..
but modifie it also for your style of lifting

i would suggest something like

ie:
BB bench 5x5
then CGBP 5x5
and then 2-3 TOTAL supprting lifts...say
wt'd dips
incline DB bench
tri press downs, rope
IMO 3 exercises like that after bench and CGBP should be more than enough..allows you too hit chest and tris hard w/o spending hrs upon end in the gym..

thanks for the feedback A. much appreciated. this is kind of what i had in mind. and yes ,one of the main focus points of trying to change things up was to avoid spending hours in the gym. in the past ,especialy while on, i have spent about two hours going through my routine. mind you i hve had some great results. i went from bieng 6'1", 165, to about 185 all natty. did my first cycle and went up to about 220, cut back and have been around 205-210 for my last couple of cycles. now i've hit a plateu that i'm trying to break. i want to get this routine dialed in while i'm still off cycle, and about the time i hit mid way throught the routine (4-8 weeks) start a bulking cycle up to push me through. i train hard with alot of intensity, but now with a new work schedule, a well as me coaching youth sports, time is in short supply. hopefully this new routine will factor in on my side. thanks for the input and hopefully some one else will chime in with some supporting arguments..
