I have a simple question about the 5x5. I read were people say that u don't need to do a weight that u can easily do the 5 sets of. Then I here people say that u need 2 do a weight that u can complete and make sure u can add on2 the next week. For example my bench press is around 315 for a 1rm.(I know). Or I can rep 225 14 times. Is 205 a good weight to do 5 sets of 5 of? It seemed a lil easy should I go for 215 or 225? Just wondering the most effective way of this routine
