Personally, I do:

Monday - Chest
Tuesday - Back/bi's
Wed. - Off/cardio
Thursday - Legs
Friday - Shoulders/Tri's
weekends - off/cardio

Do a search for this topic. There's tons of threads on it.
 
i just made my 5x5 split last night


sunday - back, biceps, shoulders
monday - legs, calves
tues - chest, tris

wed - back, biceps, shoulders
thurs - legs, claves
fri - chest, tris

sat - off

Overtraining. Maybe not now, maybe not in a month, but sometime soon.
 
Depends what his volume is like. Overtraining is all about the CNS.
