6 Weeks In..Waiting to Feel Better

Yea... I see what you mean. For me it screwed me all up. But everyone is different. I agree its definitely better to start low and work up, I just really like testing to see where my levels are while trying to get dialed in. Especially now that I've seen how everything can get dangerously out of whack in a short time.

its very good to do that, its just nice to play a little until you feel good, then get a test. that's how you get dialed in, use the test to change things you can't feel.

I have to say I agree with DET 100% here. Yes blood work is always a good thing but what he's trying to explain is that in this case you do not need blood to determine it's an estro problem, possibly and likely low on gh, but the extra bf% will cause high amounts of Aromatase.

I've been in the situation where I was completely lethargic, not feeling well, low libido, got bloods and guess what, estro was 28, pretty much perfect so I really freaked, well I had been adjusting dosing of AI/hcg and while my blood finally showed good I wasn't feeling good yet, sometimes you still need to give your body a little time to catch up.

Trt can make a world of difference but you have to get it dialed in. For me, it takes very very small amounts of ai's.

But we can be pretty sure his e2 is off and I also would dump the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) for now because it can and will cause more estro, from elevated t aromatizing and from the lydegs. Trt needs to be an all around program that helps adjust body composition as well as hormones to really have the best result and it's difficult for a guy to lose weight when hormones are off.

Good info DET, I would follow your info everytime, and you have got me out of feeling like crap before. The man has more experience than people realize and even if some of what he says goes against the norm, it's because each situation is different in the anabolic forum I always advise blood work because most times people have so many different things going on but this is a little different.

Why? Who exactly is he? I do not see any credentials, I think I know who he is though, is he not that one Doctor?
