The last xtreme no2 issue I'll leave you with which will be no surprise for that thin man is you should eat plenty of quality food to gain muscles. Thin men use plenty of ******** their protein on electricity requirements up and have fast metabolisms. Protein should be at the least 1.5 grams per ******** pound of bodyweight somebody with a slim body genuinely must be eating a great deal of complex sugars. Once you eat a lot of carbohydrates they're protein sparing and allow your body to use the protein for muscle mass building. If you ********* donot eat enough advanced carbohydrates for energy the human body will soon be compelled to make use of the ********* protein you're currently eating for electricity. Then there won't be any proteins synthesize and to correct new muscle tissue.

Electricity ?

I have been told by Bloody Qunt I have no command of the English language. I disagree. However I readily admit I m not as hip as Hypnotix when it comes to current "slang " as I m old as dirt. Please enlighten me as this linguistically challenged, not in the know when it s relevant to bodybuilding jargon old man, what this means.

Is it a reference to protein synthesis, glycogen storage or staying on the plus side of maintaining an anabolic versus catabolic state.

We are not all as fortunate to have had BQ s educational background. I had to quit my studies after securing only 2 Bachelors Degrees and 1, just 1 Masters Degree. Please enlighten me..

An educated man such as yourself has never heard of the connection between electricity and protein synthesis? Electricity man, electricity!

What are the other six?

Actually, we do utilize bio-electrical current through our nervous system. It's not much, but it does even generate a small magnetic field. I think Google translate meant energy though. (ATP intracellular mechanism would be my guess)

That's my best stab at the OP at least. :)
